Terms & conditions

  1. Deposit and Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date. The remaining balance is due within 14 days of your selected party date, payable via cash or bank transfer. 

  2. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please give us at least 48 hours notice. If less than 24 hours notice is given, a fee of 50% of the total party cost will be chargeable.

  3. Liability: Our team will take all necessary precautions to ensure the safety of you and your guests. However, we are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the party. 

  4. Parental Consent: A parent or legal guardian must be present during the entire duration of the party. By booking a party with us, you are confirming that you have obtained parental consent for all attendees to receive braids and/or glitter services. 

  5. Materials: We provide all necessary materials for the braiding and glitter services. 

  6. Hair Condition: Please make sure that all guests hair is clean, combed and knit free. 

  7. Space: For set up purposes, please allow at least 2-3 m” of free space, ensuring ease of access and avoiding any hazards. 

  8. Clean-up: Our team will do their best to clean up after the party, but we ask that you ensure the party area is tidy before we arrive. 

  9. Photography: We reserve the right to take photographs of the party for marketing and promotional purposes. If you or any guests do not wish for photographs to be taken, please let us know in advance. 

  10. Please appreciate, we run on a tight schedule, therefore do not have time to wait around between guests. It is recommended that the party host creates an order for the guests so that they can be done back-to-back with ease. If too much waiting around occurs, the approx. time for your party, depending on number of guests, will be the time your party is suspended.
